Overview

Complete Simplicity is a five-year furniture protection plan that covers accidental from furniture handling up to $20,000. It is only valid for new furniture that was purchased at the same time as this protection plan. Some highlights of the coverage are listed below, please refer to a copy of the contract provided by your sales rep for full terms & conditions.

Coverage Tiers

TIER 1 – $119 Covers the cost of replacing furniture up to $999
TIER 2 – $199 Covers the cost of replacing furniture up to $2999
TIER 3 – $259 Covers the cost of replacing furniture up to $4999
TIER 4 – $359 Covers the cost of replacing furniture up to $6999

5 Year Full Replacement Coverage

Fabric & Leather Coverage

  • All stains
  • Punctures, rips, cuts or tears from a specific incident
  • Seams and stitches from a specific incident
  • Cigarette burn from a specific incident
  • Power components (up to four motors)
  • Pet damages

Wood Coverage

  • Stains from food
  • Water ring from beverages
  • Scratch, gouge, or chip from a specific incident
  • Cigarette burns or heat marks from hot dinner plates
  • Warping, lifting, or bubbling of the veneer/finish from food and beverages
  • Chips, scratches, or breakage of the glass or mirrors
  • Loss of silvering on mirrors
  • Failure of electrical components in wall units or cabinets
  • Pet damage

10 Year Adjustable Base Coverage

  • Breakage of steel frames
  • Breakage of welds
  • Mechanisms (such as reclining, heating, and vibrating)
  • Failure of electrical components (motors, wiring, remote operation devices, and wands)

What is not covered

  • Any damage not listed above
  • Accumulation of stains, damage, soil buildup, that occurs from repeated routine use rather than a specific incident
  • Intentional damage, neglect, or abuse
  • Infestation
  • Odor
  • Stains or damage to “X” cleaning code fabrics and non-colorfast fabrics
  • Commercial use (such as hotel, daycare, office)
  • Piling or density concerns
  • Other exclusions as listed in the full terms and conditions of the contract itself
